Article 16-(11). The Minister of Transport may, when any Designated Airworthiness Inspector comes under one of the following items, cancel the qualification of the inspector:
(1)When the said person is deceased or pronounced missing;
(2)When the said person falls under the provisions of Article 16-(6) paragraph (1), (3) or (4);
(3)When the said person has violated the provisions of the Law or the provisions of an order issued in accordance with the Law;
(4)When the said person achieves the qualification through fraudulent or
illegal means;
(5)When the said person has been ordered to cancel his airman certificate or to suspend his aeronautics activities
(6)When the said person is guilty of misconduct or responsible for a serious error in the enforcement of his duty as a Designated Airworthiness Inspector.

 

Article 16-(12). The Minister of Transport shall, when he has received a report of a lost certificate under the provisions of Article 238, an application for reissuance under the provisions of Article 16-(9) (limited to the case of a lost certificate) or he has cancelled the qualification under the preceding Article, notify publicly the invalidation of the respective documents.

 

Article 16-(13). Any person who owns or holds a certificate for Designated Airworthiness Inspector shall, when his designation has been cancelled in accordance with the preceding Article or his lost certificate was found after being reissued, return said certificate to the Minister of Transport together with the documents describing the reason therefor.

 

(Permit for Test Flight, etc.)
Article 16-(14). Any person who will make an application for a permit under the proviso of Article 11 paragraph 1 of the Law (including the cases where the proviso applies accordingly to the paragraph 3 of the same Article, Article 16 paragraph 3 of the Law, Article 19 paragraph 2 of the Law, Article 20-(2) paragraph 3 of the Law and Article 20-(5) paragraph 2 of the Law) shall submit an application to the Minister of Transport describing the following matters:
(1)Name and address;
(2)Type of aircraft and nationality and registration marks thereof;
(3)Summary of flight plan (indicating clearly the purpose of flight, date, time and route thereof);
(4)Name and qualifications of pilot(s);
(5)Name of observers and the purpose of observation (except the cases permitted under Article 20-(2) paragraph 3 and Article 20-(5) paragraph 2 of the Law where the proviso of Article 11 paragraph 1 of the Law is applied accordingly);
